The Situation — Bali’s best-rated coworking space hidden behind a confusing website
Nebula had built something rare: a 5.0-rated coworking community in Canggu with sauna, ice bath, recording studio, dedicated desks, and private offices. The reviews spoke for themselves. The website didn’t. Visitors landed and couldn’t quickly understand the offer, the membership tiers, or what made Nebula different from the dozens of other spaces in Bali. The site had no clear objective and it showed.
What We Built — Clarity first. Conversion wired in.
We redesigned the site around one job: make it immediately obvious what Nebula is, who it’s for, and how to join. Membership tiers restructured so each option was scannable and comparable. The green, community identity of the space built into the design language. CTAs placed where decisions happen. The 5.0 rating surfaced prominently, because 350+ reviews is a closing argument, not a footnote.
The Outcome — Clearer navigation. More people reaching out about membership.
Post-redesign, the site started doing the work the space deserved. Navigation that had confused visitors now guided them. Membership enquiries, the ones that lead to actual members, started coming through WhatsApp directly from the site. The digital presence finally matched the physical one.
