The Situation — The website was the weakest thing about the property
Chalet Edelweiss had a loyal guest base and a genuinely beautiful product, five Alpine apartments in Les Contamines-Montjoie, the kind of place guests return to. But the website was outdated to the point of costing them bookings. No clear structure, no mobile experience worth mentioning, and no way for a guest to actually start a reservation online. Anyone who found them had to work to stay there.
What We Built — Clean structure. Booking flow that actually works.
We redesigned the entire site with a new visual direction and information architecture built around what guests need to know before they book. Each of the five apartments got its own dedicated page: full details, imagery, and a clear path to enquiry. The biggest unlock: integrating a booking inquiry flow so reservations could begin directly on the site, something that hadn’t existed before.
The Outcome — Easier to navigate. More enquiries than before.
The rebuilt site loads fast, works properly on mobile, and guides guests through the property clearly. Where the old site made booking difficult, the new one makes it obvious. The digital experience finally matches the quality of the stay itself.
